Absolutely the best customer service in the cannabis industry. The layout of the store is simple, weed over here, edibles over there, other stuff behind the counter, and the crew is beyond informative, they know the product.

Selection and pricing is superior. Fresh flower in jars! Specials and deals! We left with smiles of satisfaction at yet another fantastic holiday promotion this Thanksgiving 2023. We even got a gift bag with some stickers and some cool items, and it's a no pressure environment.

FYI my wife and I tip generously to show our thanks, and that enhances the overall experience because tipping is a sign of respect. And this crew deserves all the respect they work very hard.

I had to call OLCC on a girl who gave me the wrong items & THEN HAD THE NERVE to try & kick me out the store instead of righting her WRONG. She was yelling RUDE& grouped me w/ another AA, clearly it was a form of discrimination. There was a MAN there said he was the ACTING LEAD & helped me BUT THE OTHER LADY WAS YELLING BYE BYE BYE GET OUT . She refused to give me her name & WAS NOT WEARING HER NAME TAG & BADGE! It wasn’t about money I ENDED up sending more money. But she was RUDE & disrespectful . Sorry I had to report this to OLCC & the crazy part about it is HER NAME IS ON THE RECEIPT SO KAILE . When your manager calls me LIKE I was told ima tell them how I had to report the whole shop due to her ignorance and negligence of following OLCC GUIDELINES
