Went in the store to pick up a vape set up, to quit smoking. I had not touched a vape in years. Upon entering I met the owner operator Christina. She was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. During my time there and interaction, I can tell you that she and her staff take the time to get to know their customer base. They take the time to really provide a great experience, from walking you through the options. Allowing you to get hands on look at the devices. Also when buying batteries, they take the time to charge married pairs before sell. which means no waiting to go hands on with your new purchase. Every thing from the store front, the products and the staff are absolutely on point. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out. I know I will be back!

I've been to this store twice now while visiting Dallas. I usually don't write many reviews unless something seriously went wrong, or something seriously went right! Kristina attended to me both times I was there. Despite meeting her for the 1st time, I felt like I'm talking to an old friend that I've known for years. Very down to Earth and genuinely wants to connect with her customers. It's not just all about business when you step into this place. They also organize different car meets and motorcycle meets to be more involved in the community. This type of experience is something online shopping can never replace! I will continue visiting this store for as long as I visit Dallas and this is solely because of the staff and how they go out of their way to make each customer feel special. The fact that I'm inclined to just drop in to say "Hello" even if I don't need to purchase anything should speak for itself. Thank you 🙏
