This location is always a Vibe from the moment you walk in! Every Budtender I’ve link with have been welcoming, friendly and informative. Today’s Budtender Jonathan has a dope ass screen saver of Blood in Blood out which made our convo great! Super cool and made my pick up smooth and fast. Definitely recommend!

Usually a great and swift experience when ordered online. Today at 11am they just decided to excuse online orders and decided to help every walk-in shopper go ahead first meanwhile they had a massive online order line build up, 2 of us up front in line waiting for 20+ minutes while others who came in well after us got to be helped first. Massive fumble, massive disappointment since like I stated above, it’s usually a great and swift experience for online orders.

The customer service here is terrible. These bud tenders should really go through medical marijuana certification classes because these people do not know anything about any strands or anything else involved with medical use. No type of accountability I made a Leafly order and drove 30min to this location just to get my order. Just for the store to tell me they do not honor orders from Leafly. Even after showing proof that the online order was correct and correct location as well. There was no accommodation, nor empathy from the employees stand point. I literally wasted my time going to this dispensary because I could have easily went somewhere else and gotten a better deal, if I had known this location would not honor my online order. When other curaleaf location were able to honor the offer from Leafly. They even went in the system to see that other curaleaf location had honored the same promotion from leafly. Even though my other experience with curaleaf gave me such an exquisite feeling when visiting, because of this location I’ll probably never visit curaleaf or recommend curaleaf as a ASU biomedical student.

The store is always very clean and vibrant. Love the product they have as well as deals. Jada is very attentive, cool, and great at choosing a selection of what I was interested in looking in.

Great customer service. I had pre ordered a half oz from growsciences that was sold out at most of their locations by me and when I went to pick it up I had accidentally gone to the wrong store. Instead of the bud tender trying to sell me something else so he could make the sale he helped me track down my order and pointed me in the direction I needed to go, he genuinely cared about me getting the medicine I set out to get which was important to me. I forgot his name but thanks to whoever you are and the curaleaf teams!!!!

Curaleaf is my go-to dispensary in Phoenix due to its convenient location. Whenever I visit other dispensaries, I'm consistently impressed by how Curaleaf remains competitive, often offering better prices than the competition. The presentation of their diverse product range is commendable. My only suggestion is to consider providing the opportunity for customers to see and smell the flower, as some other brands do.

Very unprofessional and rude. Went in as my 2gram select disposable wooden pole, so the bud tender had to get a manager by the name of Aaron, who should not be a manager of the store or any store as he is very unprofessional, rude, and not good with customers. Would not take back product and replace it as I did not have the original packaging. However, every item you purchase is on file on their system proceeded to only give me five dollar credit off of a $60 piece. Will never step foot in the Curaleaf location again because of Aaron.

Such a great shop! Always a great selection of products and deals. Constance was so nice and helpful! Just the simple act of taking a little initiative to help me out and adding that personal care in choosing a selection for me really goes a long way, especially with what I was going through. I appreciate the experience and can’t wait to see her again so we can talk about what a great choice we made! She really does care.

Brittany is amazing! I forget her twins name but they know who they are. Jordan too! Amazing crew. They give a lot of options. Try and find you nice deals. And they have the best stuff around. I was going to other places and the % of the products were so low I couldn’t even enjoy my tree! I go here and they have 30% and higher, that isn’t even that expensive! I honestly love coming here and enjoy everyone that works there. From the front desk to the people behind the desk! Try the Grassroots if you’re going flower!
