CVS | 110 West Main Street, Gardner, Kansas | Cannabis Shop

I was in the ER two nights prior, with severe vomiting - after I was treated in the emergency room, the nurse practitioner who treated me stated she was sending a prescription for Zofran over to this pharmacy. However, the next day the employee I spoke to said they did not see anything. Then I called the ER pharmacist who said she sent it again. Today, it was still not showing up - so I called the ER again. This time she stated she was personally calling this pharmacy. Hours later and it WAS STILL NOT there. I called the pharmacy myself and they stated they would get it figured out. Once it was finally showing that it was available, the woman at the pick-up window drive through (5:46pm) was condescending towards me and I could barely hear what she was asking me. She was repeatedly rude & felt as though she was talking down to me. This entire process has been ridiculous -- for a medication that isn't even controlled/scheduled. I've been nauseated for days - this delay of care is not excusable. I will be switching pharmacies.

I go to Gardner CVS to get my sons medicine because this is where I could find it when no one else had it because of the demand. Nothing is worse than feeling helpless because your son is having withdrawals & you don't know what to do because you can't find it locally. I don't mind the drive because they have what he needs & send me a reminder that he has medicines ready.
I really appreciate them so much for all that they do & their friendliness!!! I mean it from the bottom of my heart!!! There's no more watching my son go through withdrawals!!! You guys are awesome!!!
