I love this location and really Love Budtender Eric as well as a few others, so for the most part great service and product .
However , today was my second time experiencing major disrespect by a young white male budtender.
I’m a 63 years old black woman and being referred to multiple times as “Bro” and being told “ I don’t have to serve you “ because I questioned your product knowledge after allowing me to make a purchase and then see a better deal ; was totally disrespectful .
Never cursed , never raised my voice but he felt a need to exert his power and threaten not to serve me, unacceptable !!
I also respect the manager but I question if this is truly being addressed because these young men are very comfortable being cocky and disrespectful even in her presence.
