Jessie was awesome. She answered the phone when I was in a rush to find what I needed immediately let me know that they had in stock what I was looking for. Which really make a difference where I go because I save so much time finding what I need. So appreciative of the quick service and positive atmosphere here. Highly recommend.

This store sold me two items that did not work. I had a receipt, which requires him according to federal laws regarding Implied Warranty to refund my payment and accept his flawed merchandise; rather than obey the law and the tenets of ethical commerce practices, the gentleman tried to imply that I had used the items and broke them some how; I do not understand the logic 9f a merchant who would stock his shelves with an incompetent product and then insult his customer rather than hold his supplier responsible for selling him flawed merchandise. In doing so, he forfeited a repeat return customer; as I do not support businesses that are unscrupulous, poorly run, and in lack of professional ethics. I predict an early exit for this business. Due to lack of integrity. Support at your own risk, because if one of his suppliers burns the store with products that don't work routinely, (which is indeed the case I'm describing) the store will not have your back, the customer who is supporting them. Instead they have the suppliers back...the one in this which cheated him.
Not smart. As I'm sure they can see this poor rating just like a great number of individuals can. And know what I say is true. I need 75% of that rate back though.
I won't be shopping there again. For nothing.
