Wish I could give 0. Came in on may 6th and was double charged for my transaction. Called the store and the say they have been made aware of the situation, everything is resolved and refunds have been issued. I’ve emailed customer service and they share the same information with me. I speak to my bank who doesn’t hold funds, and they say they see no refund coming through. Call the store which I lost brain cells doing. No care in the world and no answers as to where my money is. Mind you I’m in the store at least 2-3 times a week and have spent a lot of money at this location so to just be told I don’t know where your money is or what to do about a mistake on THERE end blows my mind. This will be my last time ever dealing with this shady company. But let one of them get double charged oh I’m sure they would be just as upset as me and wonder what they have to do to get there money back. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m not asking for anything for free I just want my money back that they took from me

Customer service is excellent, I gave it 3 stars b/c they have recently been focusing more on disposables, removing a large selection of their juices...
