I am writing to express my disappointment with GNC's online order pickup service. I placed an order for several supplements today, and I selected the "in-store pickup" option. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and would be ready for pickup the same day.

I went to this GNC store but my order was not there. I spoke to the store person, who told me that my items had been "lost" and there's nothing he can do. I was told to reach out to the customer service to sort this out.

Yesterday when we came to the store at 5:45 pm to buy supplements the person on the register was super unprofessional why i say that is because as we start coming to the register to pay for things we wanted to get the person on the register said “oh sorry i cant help you because store closed” even tho he helped a customer that was in front of us and register was still remaining open as well he doesn’t have any idea how to communicate with people! Why he said that we do not know but we just simply ignored him and left the story because it was obvious that with people like that its just better to let it go! Message to the person on the register if you do not like your job you can simply quit and go get another job and as well customers are not at fault of you not being happy with your job!To the business owner because of your crew worker your business basically lost money and we wont ever come back to your place! For the future i would recommend you to review his very unprofessional behavior towards customers!
