I love this place. The best deals in town. The place is a vibe. The in-store is an experience. And curbside is A1. Especially the customer service. The one guy, James. 1st class customer service. When I pull up or go in this guy takes care of me. Always on point with Goldleafs products, deals and events. He always let's me know what good strains to grab.

1/30/26 I walked in to the Annapolis gold leaf was met by A Very cool guy “John” he dropped some real game, was genuine I walked in not the greatest mood and I left with a smile I ended up buying more then I came in for but was satisfied with what I got thanks to my friend John loved the energy thanks for making another costumer happy and delivering a great execution with product knowledge - Nick Z

TaQuilla is an outstanding budtender. Coming from over 10 years experience in the customer service industry she checks all boxes & then some. She knows what I need without calling & has various options she knows I like. Great establishment & service that exceeds expectations. I’ve been coming for more than 2 years and the service is always great.

I use this dispensary for the convenience of location and sales, but customer service is terrible. Curbside pickup is always behind, they have 10+ spots for pick up but only one or two people working the customers (at a snails pace), and each customer seems to take 15+ minutes. I have waited for over 45 minutes in a curbside spot. It doesn’t appear they’re understaffed when you go inside, as there are tons of workers standing around the front desk. If you can’t offer curbside at a reasonable speed, maybe you should consider cutting down on the spots available.

I have been coming to Gold Leaf for years now! I always had great experiences. But today Christopher took it next level. The knowledge he had is amazing. Great customer service.

I am a military vet and i love love love this place. i am always treated with dignity and feel i matter as a customer the staff is top notch and i feel i have had a great shopping. My boyfriend really likes his grinder and he just got threw with radiation so this place is in my book as one of the best shopping experiences i have had in the 28 years i have lived in Maryland!! I want to thank them for there care!

Gold leaf is the place for medical hands down. I love the delivery option makes it so easy for me and the discounts I absolutely love, I have been going here for over 3 years and don’t have 1 negative thing to say. I have always had a good experience, just like today my driver was Colin and he was so nice, informative and early for the drop off! This is the place to go, if you don’t go here you’re missing out!!!

Aaron M. Is one of the best bud tenders, Gold Leaf is lucky to have a knowledgeable employee. Whenever, I have to wait Aaron recognizes that I’m a black card member and gets me back right away! It’s always a pleasure when I see Aaron, I know I’m in good hands!
