Horrible customer service. I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’ve gone I’ve regretted it. I was nothing but understanding and polite & he was rude, short, and unprofessional. He overcharged me 7 dollars on my purchase , no receipts, then got mad when I came back because his product didn’t work. He then tried to replace the broken product with a more expensive product i didn’t even want and he tried to charge me more for it. Refused to refund and threw a replacement product rudely at me at the end. Ridiculous. Don’t know how he is still in business honestly 💯

Hmmm I'm not surprised this guy got angry with me when I was looking for 1 1/4 raw papers. He told me that size didn't exist and how long he had been in the business 20yrs . I showed him the different size roller that raw had he was speechless u know what nevermind I don't need buy anythjng and walked out
