HookahTown: Smoke Shop Superstore

So like most here I ordered off of Groupon, I did a little research after I had already ordered and saw that a few people said that email was the best way to contact them. After I contacted them they sent me a confirmation email saying it would take 3-5 business days and if I didn’t get a tracking number to reach out again, which I did and immediately was given a tracking number. Now 3 days after the tracking number was sent to me my package arrived and I’m happy with my purchase! Great company, will buy again. That are very responsive, It just takes a little patience and communication.

Started out with a Groupon but our relationship has gone even further than that. My favorite part about this company, well... it's their products! (And prices). But a close second: their customer service. They will text you and make sure everything about your order is correct before shipping. I accidentally added an unwanted item to my cart when I checked out last week but Josephine was on it and made sure I was only ordering what I wanted. Great job handling customers' orders! And always fast shipping too (with tracking info! I love that).
