This really should be a bad review with only one ⭐. I was in the store an hour and a half ago and bought a bag of Red River menthol tobacco and when I opened the bag it was extremely dry. I have been rolling cigarettes for years and have never encountered a bag this dry. The bag must have spent months or even years in that store to become as dry as it is. I called the gentleman that works there and sold it to me and he said he would replace it. I really appreciate him doing that because I didn't get a receipt. I will continue to only shop at Loud Cloudz from now on for my tabbacco.

Amazing customer service! My first experience was great. I had a lot of questions and got all of them answered. I love the convenience of the location because I pass it everyday. The hookah options are reasonable and I like how the employees have the knowledge to not only educate but make suggestions as well. It’s like that neighborhood store - the relationships are built and I love supporting businesses like that!
