Med Pharm

Sorry for the very few people there that I actually enjoy there, but man service and atmosphere has went way down. It’s actually kind of saddening really. I have given them my business for years now, and have built a relationship with them and an understanding that I have to talk out my decisions with my husband because picking out the right strain does give me anxiety ( hints why one of the reasons I have a card). They have always allowed him to help me but all of a sudden I am not allowed to talk to him about it because he is not buying it. Another issue I had was there is product in the drawer that I needed to know the names of, he said indica, static’s, or hybrid. I replied with it depends on the strains name . He then again repeated it the same thing. If you’re going to have product where the customer can’t read the strains, then you need a list or not act like it’s an inconvenience to read the labels to the customer. I backed away awhile ago because the customer service went way down but tried to give them another try, since it has not improved is why I am giving them this rating.

Use to be a great pharm home.

Excellent selection of products. Very knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy renewal with the on campus nurse.
