I had the absolute best experience with Adriana today. She listened well, and she provided the most exceptional customer care and service. Adriana is super patient and knowledgeable. When I go to the dispensary, I am not always after the same product. It's really good to know that the staff at this branch has a deep knowledge of the products they are putting out there, and the bottom line is they want you to walk out of there feeling better than you felt coming in. On my visit today, I had some very specific questions and a request. Adriana and Alex teamed up to get me exactly what I needed. The team at this dispensary is incredibly dynamic. As someone who also works in the cannabis industry, I hold a deep appreciation for the hard work that goes into being a budtender and creating a positive customer experience. That said, I was disappointed with the service I received from Daisy during my recent visit to MUV which I have visited other MUVS and I always get the information and help I need .
From the start, the interaction felt unwelcoming. Daisy came across as disengaged and not particularly approachable, which was surprising and disheartening especially knowing how important first impressions and customer rapport are in our line of work. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a bit of warmth and attentiveness.
I’m sharing this feedback respectfully and with the hope that it helps create more awareness around the importance of consistent, friendly service especially for customers who are also part of the community.
Thanks to the rest of the staff for keeping the shop running smoothly and BUD was top notch quality
