The moment I entered i always say “hello” and the heavy middle-eastern guy looked at me and didn’t even say “hi” back. Then when i asked him what flavors they had of a disposable, he had an annoyed expression on his face and began only to read out the first flavor. So then i asked him if i could see the box up close and he seemed like he didn't want to but then grabbed it and held it up to my face so i can read it but wouldn't let me hold it myself. He said you have to buy it if u want to hold the box. Overall he was a rude worker who didn't trust anybody and needs to get a new line of work because he has no idea of how friendly customer service benefits profits in any business. I ended up not buying anything when i asked him if i could swap 2 different vape flavors of a different brand but had the same sticker deal that read 2 for $35 on both brands, and then He refused to, thinking i was trying to negotiate or low-ball him or something. I was like never-mind this idiot just lost the business a sale and a potential regular customer! This place is way overpriced and has an idiot that manages the shop. I met the owner and he was friendly and happened to be the same ethnicity as me and even gave me a discount when i first met him, but his employee working there;(fat middle-eastern guy that glares at ppl) needs to go because he’s rude and seems salty when-ever it comes to helping customers.

Love this shop, have been getting my Copenhagen here for a couple of years now. Always a lot cheaper than Plaid and Pantry or elsewhere. Really like the guy that runs the shop as well.
