This was my first visit with Planet 13! I was impressed with everything about this place. All systems were down in the state when I was there and I had errands to run so I could go back. I did, and I had issues with my card and in my frustration I could not do what I needed to do to complete my visit. Kindness prevailed with my barista who helped navigate my situation. She was friendly, calm and has a great smile. Don’t know your name but I remember you!! Recommend Planet 13 for their products. Nice and smooth. Will visit again 👍🏻🦋

Planet 13 is the best dispensary I've purchased from in polk county. Their prices are ALWAYS reasonable they are always running some kind of special, sale or deal their product does just what it says it does rather it's pain, anxiety or insomnia that you're having my prescriber also told me they are one of the only dispensaries who's product is good is the main reason I shop there honestly on top of the friendly staff and clean establishment. I only shop here now. Planet13 yall get a 10/10 from me. Keep up the good work and please NEVER change up the product, deal, specials and you guys prices and yall will forever get my business.

They were very friendly. The products are good so far I've tried the flower. Haven't tried the tablets yet they are perforated where you can get 5 mg of the 20mg that is in the bar. Edit I have tried the tablets they are good I'm trying the concentrates. I like the concentrates also. They also have some kind of little drink that wasn't too bad. It tastes good it's only 15 mg but it hit the spot. I still go there. As of February 2026. Don't let some of the lower percentage strains fool you I've tried them they are good.

Haley was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her great attitude and professionalism made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Hands down the BEST team in town! 🔥 The staff here is absolutely incredible—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about every customer. Prices are killer (seriously, unbeatable value), and I've never once had a single issue with any product.
