This was my first visit with Planet 13! I was impressed with everything about this place.
All systems were down in the state when I was there and I had errands to run so I could go back. I did, and I had issues with my card and in my frustration I could not do what I needed to do to complete my visit.
Kindness prevailed with my barista who helped navigate my situation. She was friendly, calm and has a great smile. Don’t know your name but I remember you!!

Planet 13 is the best dispensary I've purchased from in polk county. Their prices are ALWAYS reasonable they are always running some kind of special, sale or deal their product does just what it says it does rather it's pain, anxiety or insomnia that you're having my prescriber also told me they are one of the only dispensaries who's product is good is the main reason I shop there honestly on top of the friendly staff and clean establishment. I only shop here now. Planet13 yall get a 10/10 from me. Keep up the good work and please NEVER change up the product, deal, specials and you guys prices and yall will forever get my business.
