Raymond at Curaleaf Dispensary was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He took the time to answer my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Went in and was immediately greeted by such friendly and welcoming staff, which made the whole experience feel comfortable right from the start. The dispensary itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of flower with plenty of options to choose from. Whenever I had questions, the employees were super knowledgeable, patient, and more than happy to help guide me without making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about customer service and making sure you leave happy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this dispensary again.

Luckily for us Mike Hill was working both times we went. What a nice honest and knowledgeable man. He really helped us out and explained everything. If you want to pay more for the pizzazz go to Planet Hollywood across the street. If you care more about quality and price this is the spot for professional weeders 😎

2nd dispensary we visited since being in Vegas. In comparison to Cookie Shop on the Strip, Reef's menu was not up to date. We had 4 things we pre-ordered off the site that when we got there, 3 were not available. BUT...our Budtender was Kenya. He was awesome and brought us flowers he was certain we would find suitable. He was right, and as promised Kenya, this review goes to you, my guy! Keep up the good work! I also can not neglect to mention the prices are right at Reef. We got WAY more bang for our buck from Reef in comparison to the Cookies shop. So keep that in mind 😉

I had an amazing experience from walking through and being greeted to the amazing customer service. Vanessa was amazing! She took her time to answer all of questions and even further explained the ingredients missing. I will definitely be returning. The deals were also the best we could find by the strip since we’ve been here!

Kevin and Randy provided a great customer experience. Randy greeted me as soon as I got in line. He was very engaged and assisted with keeping the lien moving at a great pace. Kevin upsold me on other items outside of my pickup order. I didn’t realize I was in the wrong line, but he definitely utilized that moment to make a great customer connection. Before coming to REEF I was so excited to visit the cookies dispensary; my experience there wasn’t good. They were out of 90% of what I wanted. Reef took away my disappointment! I’ll be returning to this location anytime I’m in Vegas.
