This morning, 10/06/23, I was trying to explain to the store manger, Dennis how the level of customer service at the store and pharmacy has declined significantly. Rather than listen to my concerns Dennis proceeded to tell me I was being rude to customer because of where I was standing while talking to him. This was a total lie. Then Dennis proceeded to walk away from me and ignore my comments about the decline in customer service at the store he "manages". I guess we should not be surprised that a store "managed" by a person like Dennis has such a poor reputation for customer service. And Dennis I will be contacting the Rite Aid regional office to file a complaint about you. Thanks of the suggestion.

Horrible store, pharmacy price gouges.
Long lines, understaffed. Inept, untrained staff. Gladly drive 5 miles further to avoid.
Have an attitude that they are the only game in town. I'd trust a Crack dealer more than Rite Aid.
