I love Ritual! They always have the best of the best and now they sell Bloom! Bloom has the best vapes; they barely clog like all the other ones do, and as a fellow vaper the Bloom vapes last me longer than the rest. Another reason I like Bloom vapes is they have the strain name on it, finally a company labels the vape. Thank you Ritual for being awesome 😎

I was happy with my first visit and few more visits since last year to Ritual. The staff is genuinely polite and helpful. Sometimes their suggestions have even saved me money and now a days that always appreciated! I just learned how to review so I'm a baby boomer...lol Amanda and Katrina were so helpful and friendly. Its so nice to have a positive interaction when I'm shopping. Also more baller jars and I'm a life long Fan! This is the only store that I don't mind going inside ❤️ 💙 💜 ♥️

The best customer service I have ever had period! Knowledgeable is an understatement! He was able to explain the answers in a way that was relatable and educational. He is truly all about 100% customer service. I’m really glad that I had a chance to learn from someone who was patient and passionate about the products and matched me with what would work for my body. Amazing!!

Love the place! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Along with knowledgeable. I just wish they could do joint accounts for married couples and partners. I would love to place an order for pickup and have my wife be able to pick it up. I want to be able to use our points, but they're split into 2 accounts.

Convenient store with an excellent variety of top notch products. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My budtender Katrina's attention to detail saved me quite a bit of time and money. She spotted a few necessary details on my profile that needed to be changed. She collaborated with the team, quickly made the adjustments and had me outta there in a flash.
