First of all : they're not trying to be a head shop, they're just trying to sell tobacco plus a few extras.
Secondly: they have better prices for loose leaf tobacco and tubes than anywhere I've found in the Portland area.
The proprietor isn't rude; he's quiet and straightforward and is really quite pleasant if treated respectfully

Feel free to check my other reviews. It isn't very often that I will make a poor review of a place.
With that being said, I just had one of my least favorite experiences in any retail establishment ever. The Asian man behind the counter is possibly one of the rudest customer service people I have ever encountered. The prices were acceptable until you decide to pay with a debit or credit card. The floor counters and shelves are absolutely filthy.
