Ok, so I still stand by my review of 3 weeks ago in regards to their customer service etc. So this is not based on that but could still have a negative impact on sales if not corrected. I purchased 3 of your $5 bangers the other day and immediately when I hit it with the torch it cracked. I thought it must be a fluke and put in the second one and the same thing happened, along with the third one. I returned to the store to purchase more since I need them and purchased 3 more but mentioned it and showed it to Cassie just in case you get other complaints about them I wanted you guys to know. Well, unfortunately I had the same exact problem with these 3 as well. I've used bangers for years now so I know that this is not normal, unless you go and try to heat them up if they have been left out in a car in the winter or a garage but otherwise they shouldn't Crack or break off the stem cleanly like these are doing. I'm guessing you used a new supplier like (Temu) or something equivalent to them because these are absolute garbage. I ended up going to another Vape shop to purchase 3 more. So I've spent $45 on bangers in the last 2 days, Crazy. Please let me know if and when you fix this issue so I can return to giving you my business. Sincerely, Kerry Hernandez

Every employee at Smoke & Vape are customer service friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel stupid if you don't know what something is/used for. They also don't judge you if you are purchasing something that gets used for something else(glass pipes/bangers). So, thank you for making me feel welcome and appreciated EVERYTIME I walk into your shop. You definitely know how to treat people/customers. Keep up the good work.

The staff here though!! They are so sweet and helpful and the vapes are really dope. The environment was friendly and welcoming and just overall chill vibes from everyone.
