Ok, so I still stand by my review of 3 weeks ago in regards to their customer service etc. So this is not based on that but could still have a negative impact on sales if not corrected. I purchased 3 of your $5 bangers the other day and immediately when I hit it with the torch it cracked. I thought it must be a fluke and put in the second one and the same thing happened, along with the third one. I returned to the store to purchase more since I need them and purchased 3 more but mentioned it and showed it to Cassie just in case you get other complaints about them I wanted you guys to know. Well, unfortunately I had the same exact problem with these 3 as well. I've used bangers for years now so I know that this is not normal, unless you go and try to heat them up if they have been left out in a car in the winter or a garage but otherwise they shouldn't Crack or break off the stem cleanly like these are doing. I'm guessing you used a new supplier like (Temu) or something equivalent to them because these are absolute garbage. I ended up going to another Vape shop to purchase 3 more. So I've spent $45 on bangers in the last 2 days, Crazy. Please let me know if and when you fix this issue so I can return to giving you my business.
