Does ur online ordering work? Every time my husband orders online , you guys act like he doesn’t have an account and points accumulated. Please fix ur online stuff! Make sure ur staff knows how to receive online orders, also the orders get canceled so what’s that about kinda sus.
He comes at least 3 times a week, and this has never been a problem until recently, with the new bud tenders this new year.

Asi was amazingly helpful, professional and stylish too. I would definitely comeback because of the amazing service provided. Keep up the great work Asi! 🌬💨🔥

Also attempted to return a defective pen. The staff couldn't/wouldn't help but they were VERY polite through the process. Overall great experience but I won't be buying anymore STIIIZY Pod products because they keep malfunctioning. 🥲
