Great place to get everything you need. Robert was extremely helpful and definitely knows what all they got. All you gotta do is tell him how you wanna feel and he’ll get you fixed up!!!!

$55 wasted.... When I first came into the shop, I had questions and no idea what was good here. I let the lady know that right away as well. Then the lady there did absolutely nothing to help me with recommendations—no opinions or thoughts on anything. I've never left any shop before feeling as unsure about my purchase as I did then. She also opened up my vape to "test for leaks," but when I look at my box, there could have been a "golden ticket" for discounts from the vape brand. So now I have no clue if she took that out of the box while she "checked for leaks." After all the positive reviews, I am upset to find out I went there when the wrong person was working... They also have a tipping option. You think if you had that, you'd offer great service all the time. Edit: her "recommendation" was terrible. Truly $55 wasted.

Best place I've been to. The employees are very nice and very helpful. I've never left or been unsatisfied...

Good morning, I'm not the one to leave comments really. I've been going to terrasoul for almost a year now and I love it. Unfortunately this is why I'm writing today. On August 21st around 5:30 p.m. I went into the store. I guess the point system was down. And I came in to use my points well then you tell me anything. I told him I wanted to use points they said I owe $15.75 I said that's not right I use my points. They said well it's down. I said so you expect me to pay for something I have $5 off on. So I had to use money I didn't have. And because communication was not a must. So what that said you guys have lost my business I'm not doing that I'm sorry it has to be like this. I love you guys you guys are very knowledgeable and what you do. But I think you should consider retraining on communication that might help. You guys have a wonderful day. And it really sucks that has to end like that I just don't play that I'm all about respect and communication.

I've only been a couple times, but they're fantastic so far. Explain everything about their rewards system super well, honestly good prices compared to competing shops, and a bigger selection too! Product has always been great, and the staff even better. I'll definitely keep coming back.

It was my second time going to this dispensary and it's always a great experience! The store is clean, organized, peaceful and there is always someone available if I have a question.
