Great place, was there when It opened and it's always been the best,I now live closer to the chicopee one but it also has a great vibe and great medical products. Been to alot of dispensaries and Theory is the Bestest.... Thank you! Update: my goto dispensary IS Theory! Chicopee is my home base,tho I harkin from Granville. The folks are really helpful and patient, as a medical user I really appreciate the attention to the fact some of us not only enjoy the uplifting side effects of cannabis but also the discovery of its actual medical benefits. I was so pleased with my visit to Theory Wellness yesterday. I brought an older friend with me who is completely new to Cannabis. She has been intrigued for many years, but hesitant to jump in and try it. Yesterday as we were driving through Great Barrington I said, “Come on, we’re stopping in to check it out”. She was excited. Luckily it wasn’t busy at that time, and we were able to ask a few questions about different products. I regret not getting the name of the woman who helped us. She was so pleasant, and took the time to explain everything to us. Being from NY I’ve been to Theory Wellness many times in the past before NY became legal, but after yesterday’s trip I may start taking the drive back out there because the prices in NY are so high. Theory Wellness is affordable, and I’m really impressed by the customer service.

It has always been our choice to visit Theory Wellness only, amongst many dispensaries available and many being closer to us. This last visit was absolutely great . We had an idea of what we wanted and expected a customer service representative to help us and that's exactly what she did. She quickly answered all my ?'s and my wife and I were happy when we left. I can't believe I waited so long to try this place. This has quickly become my absolute favorite dispensary in Massachusetts. I just wish they had a lower cost solventless cartridge option, but I know I'm asking for way too much there. The in house flower is seriously the best in western Massachusetts. Go there and try for yourself. You'll thank me later. Also, if Lily is working, she's the best budtender in WM period.

This store is pretty awesome. Their Theory brand flower is outstanding. Staff is usually super nice. Lily is awesome and super helpful, and actually cares if the customer enjoys the experience there. I had a not so pleasant experience with the manager a few weeks ago that would generally make me stop shopping at a store, but the flower and Lilly make up for the managers poor conduct. Definitely go there. There's nothing better in the Berkshires.

Theory Wellness always has such great prices, especially on ounces. I travel an hour and a half to travel to Theory because of their prices, selection and Customer Service! Truly a top notch dispensary!!!

Love the atmosphere. Everyone is very knowledgeable. You can stop in for quick preorder pick up or take your time and learn about something new to try. Just ask the consultant for a great recommendation! Oh they love to meet your fur baby too!

Great staff, and they pay attention to what their customers like. I love that they have a special fridge with all the top shelf live rosins in it. Dreamer and Honey don't have that, so their 40/g price point isn't worth the trip imo. Sticking with Theory, especially now that they carry Harbor House and Good Chemistry and preserve them correctly.

This has been a business that has only gotten better since opening. They are very consistent with their stock, and there are no surprises to deal with. The staff is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and they never rush you. My favorite right now is the Hi5 seltzers. Affordable, definitely not too sweet at all, and have very mild flavors

Great staff, great prices, and awesome products!! I definitely recommend trying home delivery, if you can't get to the store itself. I'm planning on visiting the store soon, but I've only had delivery. They're always on time or early and maintain great communication with me. Very knowledgeable and professional delivery staff! Discounts are added automatically, if you have any. They usually will put them in for you. I don't think I've paid full price for anything I've ordered so far. Thank you Theory staff!!!
