Preston was super knowledgeable and did not try to push anything. He talked me through the mechanisms and reactions the body has around certain ingredients and why they may or may not be helpful for me.

What stood out was the passion for what he does and wanting to help and talk to people during their journeys. The authenticity is refreshing in a business model that normally tends to push any product that can add to their profit margins.
