Trulieve is awesome! They have the best selection and prices. Jackie waited on me. She deserves a raise. Prompt, friendly and professional. Five stars!

i try to be patient but this place has absolutely no regard for people’s time. even if you have a pick up order, it doesn’t make a difference and you’re treated like you are just walking in. I understand waits but no other dispensary takes as long as this one, so this will be my last time visiting and I will be telling everyone to go elsewhere unless they fix their system. it’s as if i’m in a place filled with sloths moving as slowly as possible. they don’t care at all. after you check in it still takes forever. I went and moved my car due to not having anywhere to park (their parking lot is awful) and it still wasn’t ready. there are currently several people in the room just waiting. i’m not sure why they have such an abysmal system but it’s clearly not working but no efforts are made to make it better. note: I had this same exact experience last time, but I don’t like leaving bad reviews so I just figured they were having a bad day so I waited once more. after this, I decided to leave one and I won’t be back. it’s so rude to just not respect anyone else’s time and there is no reason it should take so long, especially when no other dispensary has this issue.

Tonight I enter this beach Blvd store and the the same results comes from the store manager no hard effort towards getting the customers in and out.. also I don't understand if customer are inside the store the store reps should move quickly as possible to meet the customers satisfaction.. However not in this case the store manager was in the back working and the black guy who hair should be unacceptable with not groom dreds check me in then told me to go to the counter I ( who ever gave this dude a job with his hair like that needs they job reevaluate)begin to go the store manager called him to do her work and made me wait... It is unsafe for a store manager to be a store manager on a cane barely able to walk to get the work done herself and let the store reps work on getting customers out... The sales won't stand at its higher points having someone handicap working with no strength as a store manager.. The store manager efforts towards customers service can not be met at a fast pace... I often wander how many other handicap ppl u have at other location slowing the process down of a high dollar sales .. this must be thorouhly investigate and look at closely.. I don't have these problems when Jackie, Lisa, Debbie or Frank are working in the store they move fast and get all customers out on time... And I will remain entering this location without retaliation upon me by the store manager for writing this true accurate statement review about the store manager... I don't ever have a problem with no one else..

Worst location of all Jax. Wait times are insane over 15 minutes… ,they never pack orders ahead of time they will wait until you get there and pack.Unable to check in because they won’t pre pack orders. Every Trulieve in Jacksonville is better than this one. Employees are also super rude. Better off driving to the one further down beach Blvd they will have your order ready in minutes.

I mean the wait time when it comes to express is kind of crazy but I also understand the situation SOMETIMES. I am good with the options. The brand I favor doesn’t usually qualify for discounts but when I want to try something new it usually comes in handy. My questions and chatty banter is often entertained lol. The staff always polite and professional. I have a favorite staff member actually but my social anxiety won’t even allow me to ask or look for a name tag lol..anyway. If you go here she will be your fave too so you will know. The place is always clean. As a public bathroom hater theirs is actually one I don’t mind using. I have tried most products excepts the thca and if you look at it and you were born near the 80s it looks traumatic LMAO! They are my main dispensary out of all the ones in town. Also plenty locations conveniently located. The parking is a little rough during busy times and if you have to make that left turn to get in that traffic can be selfish but it doesn’t stay backed up. It’s a like dip or something turning in/out the parking lot so that can suck if you don’t turn at a slant bc you can scrape your bumper which I hate!!! I need all my little Kia pieces to stay intact OKKKK! They even have sponsored events like a 5k run

Love this place. If only the employees felt the same. Half are knowledgeable on what's available and what the company is offering this day, week etc. Training saves footsteps and keeps everyone on the same page. If employees are prepared (trained) with knowledge other employees can assist the customer in front of them and not have to help other employees with their customer. This will speed the service up. Customer satisfaction is gold in any business.

I found this gem while out and about. I was stressed to the max and my social anxiety was horrible. I was so nervous because I am never sure of what I should order. Miss Valencia was so kind and welcoming. She took her time and explained everything I asked of her. She made sure I understood what I was getting and she even blessed me with a gift. I will be back. I appreciate the help.

Everytime I come my experience gets worse and worse. I was a web check in. I was in the lobby first but they took 2 other people’s cards before mine and took a walk in before me… but if I am a walk in I have to wait behind web check ins. I told the person I was first in the lobby they said sorry I already checked them in someone will be with you shortly. About done coming to this one this is a 20 minute drive might as well just drive out to the beaches for better service.
