Tom the head Manager is a great guy absolutely friendly, upmost courtesy and customer service I have seen this guy grow through Trulieve as he’s already going, places.he will definitely continue to grow and if the company sees this, really hope you really realize the gem you have there. It’s hard to find hard workers who are dedicated like him and I think when you know who I’m talking about, you will say the same thing.I recommend anybody going here if it’s your first time and you want to be educated and have good service ask for Tom………

I’ve experienced rude service at the trulieve Ocala 200 location on three separate visits, so this is a clear pattern, not an isolated incident. After the most recent visit, I called the store and simply asked when a manager or assistant manager would be available hoping better oversight might lead to better customer service. The staff refused to provide any information and showed no interest in helping what makes this worse is that it might’ve been the manager that was the rude one which defeats the point of asking for improve service I wasn’t asking anything unreasonable just trying to find a time when more professional courteous staff might be working. The overall attitude was dismissive and indifferent based on repeated experiences. Customer service at Trulieve Ocala is consistently poor and I would not recommend this location.

This TL seems to always have better strains than the other Ocala store for some reason ? The store is much smaller than most TL I've been to Even in my power wheelchair ♿️ 👩‍🦼, I Iwas Still able to get around easily and get what I wanted and out the door with ease . Great store to stop quickly and get on with your day . The staff was kind and did a good job. My van died in the parking lot and 2 men walked over and stayed with me helping me get my van started so I could get home . I wish I had asked who they were so I could thank them publicly but never got the chance😒 . Great store Great products 👌!

Asher and Angel were so polite and I just love coming to this store on 200. The other store on college road isn't too bad, but id go to this one over that one any time! Thanks so much to Asher for looking out! You have know idea how much we appreciate your business! We will be coming back now over other dispensaries. ❤️

Had the young man give me the "Gen Z Stare" I left. Surterra Rocks. Really, why tolerate such rudness when cool people are down the street!!!
