They have decent prices/quality and the employees are nice, but they let people come in and harass/solicit their customers for money and don't do anything about it. 5 out of the last 10 times I've been in here, there has been someone with some pitch to get money out of me. So that's kind of annoying.. Last time some guy was trying to sell me a story about needing me to buy him a vape so that he can go pick up his kid and in the middle of his pitch I look at the clerk and say "So do you let people just come in here and solicit your customers?" And he just stares at me and shrugs.

I have visited almost every single glass shop in DC and U St Tobacco shop has the best prices. If you want nice pieces that work, for a very good price you cant' beat this places value. But that is not the only reason I will keep coming back here over others. The owner of the store is a good person who cares about his customers. I bought a bong from them about 2 weeks ago. My dog broke it last night. I went back there to get another pieces. When the owner realized I had just been there a couple weeks ago he gave me a huge discount. He lost profit to make me happy when he did not have to. I did not ask him to. He offered the discount. That is very rare in this day and age. It is important to keep these places with owners like this open because it is hard to find businesses who care about more than just profit. I suggest you visit this store and buy something. I will keep going back for sure.
