It was my first time at the establishment. I wasn't sure how to go about finding the products I needed. Rose took time to show me different options and describe each one to me. The other gentleman working was also friendly and willing to add input. I will definitely be going back again! Great customer service!

Hey so last night my older brother took me along with him to this dispensary last night. Verilife is definitely top tier and comes very structured which I do like. JC who was there on 2/23 gave us great staff selection products and also gave us the scoop on deals. My name is Everett I also have Crohns disease. I will be coming back to verilife very soon and GUYS LOOK OUT FOR JC. He gonna take care of yall.

I had a wonderful experience at Verilife with Laurel as my cashier. The process was very simple. I placed an order ahead and arrived at the store. My ID was scanned by security at the front and then I was admitted into the the storefront front area. I waited in the queue and was called up by Laurel. They asked me if I found everything I needed an asked if I had any questions. Then we have a lovely conversation about the store and about how it was my first time in Laurel then showed me that they had some items on clearance and showed me a very good deal on 14 Gs. I selected the deal and there was a system error that a manager was able to quickly resolve. The computer had charged me extra for the product and the manager quickly stepped in to help Laurel resolve the issue and gave me $30 in store credit for the overcharge. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality products and wonderful customer service.

Laurel was amazing today helping me find what I needed and check out quickly. I also got started with their rewards program and I’m already halfway to getting $5 off! Can’t wait to come back

From beginning to end, I received exceptional service from Verilife. This was my first time here as a recommendation, and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of professionalism and positivity. Every step of the way, we were informed of the process, specials, received valuable suggestions, and product education. The team was high energy and personable. In a world that is losing sight of the customer experience, it was a breath of fresh air to have found such a gem. Thank you, Keanu, Liz, and Chester, for being dedicated to being knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining your customers! Pros: parking lot, conveniently located, clean and colorful ambiance, helpful staff, product variety, and specials. Cons: not next door to my house!

Had a great experience with Lindsay today! Beautiful store and loved the kiosk options! I was able to scroll and be indecisive for a bit and wasn't worried about holding up the line. Definitely looking forward to coming back! The products were all top notch!

I came here last weekend before the grand opening and they were so kind! They let me know about the opening event today and I had such a good experience coming by. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and Wayne helped me at the counter and was so professional but I also felt like I was just talking to one of my friends - he made the experience even more memorable! The inside is so pretty and they have so many options. 10/10!

Every time I come here, it's a different experience than the dispensaries I've been frequenting over the years. The product is top class, the staff professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone in there was excellent, but in particular, Chester and Nyzie helped with recommendations and tips as well as quality checking in and checking out. It's a great place to be in! One word to describe this place: Sensational I've now been coming here for a few months since they opened and the staff is always helpful, the product is top notch and I leave feeling happier than I left before... tbc

I always would go to Peake Releaf but it was a bit far and quality felt bad. Saw this place was opened next to the hookah spot I go to so decided to give it a try. Clean design, ordering was fire on the kiosk, and service was great. Noah greeted me and helped me figure the kiosk. Also product is quality, much better than what I’ve been getting and recommend.
