You guys fail miserably, I contact you about an issue with the flower I bought from your dispensary. Was told when I complained that it was so dry not useable. Your reply is it’s a matter of preference. Then, 3 managers later, after a ton of emails back & forth wasting my time. I get a reply of it’s a preference & there was nothing they could do, Almost an entire month wasted. Why bother even answering me if you’re going to treat me like trash. Your company obviously doesn’t value its customers. Should I say EX customer. I’ll never ever step foot I. One of your stores. Very poor customer service, very frustrating to deal with.

Mark was very informative! If you need good information he is your guy. Not knocking anyone else in there because everyone was nice and helpful.

This place is the best dispensary in vegas, they really take care of their customers. The rotating deals they offer really help for a heavy smoker like myself. The budtenders are super friendly, helpful, and very sweet. Bee with the curly hair is my favorite, she goes out of her way to get me the best deals and flower available. Lorraine and Shelby are also really awesome! Thank you zenleaf from your most loyal customer!

This location is within walking distance of my home, making it a convenient option; however, repeated experiences have been extremely frustrating. When arriving at the drive-thru to pick up an online order, I waited an excessive amount of time without any acknowledgment. During this time, I could clearly hear a female employee openly ranting to a male employee-whom I understand to be named Corey-about her dissatisfaction with an unrelated situation, which I chose not to engage in. Despite pressing the call button multiple times, no one came to assist me. I then attempted to call the store directly to request assistance, but no one answered the phone. After finally receiving some response, I was informed that the store was short-staffed with only two employees working and that the Lead was unable to address my concerns or frustration at that time. Additionally, Corey refused to provide the name of the Lead or the store manager when I requested this information in order to provide appropriate feedback. This lack of transparency and accountability further contributed to my dissatisfaction. This review is being left as a direct result of these repeated service failures and poor management practices. While this location was once convenient, I have decided to travel farther and complete my transactions elsewhere. Convenience does not outweigh inadequate management, and this location would benefit from a complete change in leadership.

This place is great and aamazing! Great location literally a few hundred feet from work. The staff upon entry were kind, upbeat, welcoming and friendly! Big shout out to Jonathan at checkout! Very cool and kind and helped find what is best for what i told him i was looking for. I ask alot Of questions normally about things, and i didnt have to ask this time because he is informative and helpful! I love my first experience at Zen Leaf flamingo! Be back soon!! Thank you!

Took advantage of the first time customer deal 15% off and I am a returning customer. They also gave me an additional 10% for coming back. The lady in front was so sweet. They are very knowledgeable over here and product is always top shelf. Highly recommended👍👍👍

This store will not honor the specials/deals they have listed on their website. Not once, but on two different occasions. The second, I spoke with their General Manager, and he said specifically, "they will not honor the deal on their website". I made a report to the state cannabis license authority and the Better Business Bureau.

Zen has always been the spot to go for me they have been great from day one. I love getting my trees there and how they measure it out in front of you brings the nice ritual vibe to it it’s great feeling. Everyone there that had served me in the past is super friendly and never makes me feel rushed. I’m the type to let them just pick anything out for me and they never disappoint. Nikki always give me good quality nuggets strong good smell and never dry. I’ll be coming back again for sure. Thank you zen
