Been coming here for years, good product for your local dispensary.
Bought a disposable 1G cartridge and as always they told me to keep the receipt in case it’s defected. First time I’ve ever bought a cart and the taste was like a burnt coil. Hit it 4 times and brought it back the next morning on my way to work, with the receipt.
I was told I was out of luck and they were unable to help me because I kept the receipt and not the packaging it was in. They never said anything about the packaging. Has nothing to do with the money, it’s about principle of communicating properly to your patrons.
I’d more than likely drive out of my way to go to a different dispensary at this point

Fantastic staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great prices. Specials every day so not sure what you want? They'll take as much time as needed to help you find what what works for you. Never been disappointed! Shout out to Shelby & Brandon!

Despite previous good impressions, my visit today had a fairly serious issue upon entering. I believe the door person was mishandling my ID in a manner that could be described as sabotaging the equipment to pass / fail at their discretion. Another coworker was needed to demonstrate completing the id scan normally and no apology for the inconvenience was given. At the end of a long day a mile walk elsewhere wasn't an option. Customer disservice abuse cycle was encountered when a simple "sorry about that" would have been smooth. My last and final purchase from this shop seemed to be one too many.

My whole family used to really love this place.
My partner loved it the most & wanted to work there. He waited for them to have an opening (many months) & applied. He had 2 in-person interviews that went great, and was told they would call July 5th to let him know.
It's July 24th today & still no word...
He went back in multiple times since then to buy product & check in. Each time they told him someone would call the next day 🙄 until he just stopped going in.
Not even a text or email? C'mon..
We understand there were many applicants, but to have 2 interviews go well, then just be ghosted is so unprofessional & soul crushing.
We felt like the hiring manager was hiding in the back and dodging him. It was and still is bizarre.
Otherwise all of the staff have always been friendly & helpful. Literally zero other complaints.
Sadly, no one in our household will be coming back after this.
