I was in a few days ago and had the best customer service ever!! The girl at the counter Lilly was so sweet and kind and answered all of my questions. I struggle with my hearing but she was so patient and made sure I understood everything she said. 5 Star service!

I have been using this pharmacy for about 4 years. Recently had a lot of health issues. I have been waiting on blood pressure meds for almost 2 weeks. They are out of stock for my bile duct medication. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks. Probably called a dozen time waited 45-60 minutes for no one to pick up. I understand being short staffed but you have to answer your phones. You have to help you patients. More than likely this is and upper management issue. I work for CVS. So I have to use a CVS pharmacy. I am honestly embarrassed that this lack of care is accepted by CVS. Someone needs to do and overhaul on This location.

Extremely rude staff. Lied about the time the order would be ready, After submitting to the doctor that it was finished at 10:50am. We called the doctors office to confirm the that the prescription said it was ready. And then was asked “do you even have insurance?”

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Needs to be shut down. Dosent know how to use iplegde. Said I picked up my prescription 3 times when i didn’t. Went to go get my prescription cause they said it was ready and it was out of stock when I got there. Plus, they are VERY rude. Lucky for love this was not a life threatening medication that I needed or else I’d be in some serious trouble.

Drive threw at CVS is a Joke. Always waiting for 20 mins. Should be fast. Oh and don't go at 1. The entire pharmacy team takes lunch together. So good luck trying to get a prescription
