My first encounter I stood in line for 30 min to be told I couldn't open a new account because the store was busy. The cashier eventually did make the account. My second encounter I was told the store was closed during the stores regular business hours, so I sat in my car and watched someone from inside the store only let certain people in..??? Not sure what that's about but it was a waste of my time and gas.
