TERRIBLE ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE
I ordered online at about 7:30 pm on Wednesday. I live in the next city over, literally a bout a 15 minute drive, and it is now a little after 8 pm on Friday and I have not received my order. I called on thursday and was told that it was one to two day shipping. I paid $10 for shipping to the next city over. I never got any email confirmation about my order, but I did get an order number on the confirmation screen on the website. When I used the chat bot to ask about when I should expect to receive it, it kept telling me that it didn't recognize the order number and I asked for the request to be sent to a store associate And it said that they would get back to me within 24 hours and they have not. Zero customer service.

I was running very low on my CBD edibles and went to my usual stores in Escondido. "Injoi" was closed at the Felicita Center by Major Market. My other store was oddly not open during posted hours, not answering the phone, and no note on the door ("Your CBD Store/Sunmed"). So I checked Google and "Auer" CBD in west Vista off of Emerald/78 came up. Glad I stopped by! The store had two friendly staff. Diana assisted me, gave me a sample, and provided good information to meet my needs: I use edibles to help with insomnia. Although there wasn't a senior discount, I was given a 5% off for new customers via an app. It's a rewards program. I was VERY happy to purchase blue raspberry gummy squares; small but potent at 35 mg per gummy CBD broad-based and 15 mg CBN $99.00 for 160! Great pricing! (Prior purchase 100 rings; 25 mg CBD only, broad-based @ $150). I usually use 1/2 of 25 mg. What was great about this product is the ingredients: xylitol as a sweetener rather than sugar or corn syrup, tapioca, and monk fruit.
Blue raspberry or mango/"tajin" were available. I love mango but not with chile spice called "tajin". I tried a bit of the gummy square when I got home. It was firm and chewy, sweet but didn't taste like raspberry and had a bitter aftertaste. This is a bit disappointing but I need this product for insomnia not as a candy. Diana gave me a sample of a CBD isolate gummy, strawberry, it was more tasty more so than the blue raspberry CBD/cbn I purchased. Auer also sells small packages, 10 mg. CBD each in a variety of flavors: strawberry, mango, lime, pineapple, and others. They also sell multiple flavors of lolly pops, 10 mg. CBD. (caution if you have children! They look like a regular candy lolly pop!) This store offers a host of other CBD products and tinctures for other issues and pets. I even saw gift baskets! They also sell CBD water and fruit-infused water with CBD. They also had lots of other products for use for cannabis use. I'm impressed and will drive to Auer since they meet my needs. It's nice to know this store is open. They also have stores in Oceanside and Ocean Beach. I'm very happy to have Googled this store. I'm guessing the product will work well. I will investigate Auer's testing, quality control, etc. and am hoping for the best. The link for Auer doesn't populate correctly on my smart phone. I'll keep trying to do more research on their products.
