This Dixie Highway location has a disrespectful and rude manager. My daughter purchased a candle for me that was strong in perfume and it gave me a headache. I wanted to exchange it for a milder scent. ( did have a problem with paying the difference if there was one.) The associate showed the candle to the manager which has over half the wax unmelted & the manager refused to look at it. Lied to my face and said that the return policy has been changed. To add insult she called security to the store. Thankfully he didn’t say anything to me, instead he stood watching me while another sales representative was writing down a customer care number for me to call because she said that the manager was wrong. I will never purchase anything again from this company. Terrible customer service. Kroger has a better line of candles that have more wax, safer products and cost less. SHAME ON YOU BATH & BODY WORKS you treat your customers terrible.

My smell good, go to place. The wonderful aroma hits your senses before you get to the doors.
