Beyond Hello Dispensary: Philadelphia (N. Liberties)

Usually this place I awesome. Awesome staff, awesome price good stuff. But my situation in store today is actually unacceptable. I made an online order and got a message that the order was packed and ready for pickup. I ordered o line specifically to make sure it would be there when I got here.

When I got there, they were sold out. Well, why did I get a notification tht my order was packed and ready to pickup?. So, I have 2 choices but something else or leave. So I have to spend more money to buy something else. Luckily I had a card on me and even could, but what if all Id had was the correct change id brought with me?

Now I not only have to spend an extra 3 dollars on a product, I also have to pay the 3.50 ATM fee.

If you are going to take online orders, you need to VERIFY that the item is in stock before telling a customer to come pick it up.

And if you blow it that bad, the very LEAST you should do is honor that price on a similar product. If I hadn't had so many positive experiences in he store, I'd assume it was an intentional bait and switch instead of just the laziness it actually was.
