I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and have always appreciated the customer service, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I was upsold on shake and told it was just like regular flower, just more for the money. Unfortunately, it tasted strongly of chemicals and wasn’t smokeable. Spending $50 on something I can’t use with no resolution offered makes me feel like my loyalty doesn’t matter. Just my experience, kind of sucks. DO NOT buy the shake!!! Also, Audrey is awesome!

Was a very loyal customer until I was given a reason not to be. The point system changed so now you have to make a purchase to redeem your points. I was made aware of that but they failed to mention there was a purchase minimum until after I made my purchase expecting to redeem my points. "OH you'll have to do it next time I guess". Thanks buddy but there is unfortunately not going to be a next time. I would highly recommend you all try an online resource for your products, they are MUCH CHEAPER.
