Jade and Jovanna are amazing! I bought a cart from there that for whatever reason didn't work with my pen but worked with other pens. I went back to return/replace for a new cart but they gave me a new pen that worked with the cart for FREE! They stand behind their products and the employees go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! Highly recommend this place. I will be coming back for sure, my go to place in the bay now!

Please don't waste your time placing a delivery order. This is the THIRD time in a row they have been late with my order with no notice. This time I called since it had been 3hrs since I played my order. The person on the phone said it would be another 90Mins! If I hadn't called they had ZERO intentions of letting me know my order was nowhere near close to being delivered smh they have officially lost a customer for life. There are way too many competent dispensaries around to be dealing with this over and over and over.

Big ups to Dan at CBCB. I spend quite a bit of time in dispensaries and my interaction with Dan really stands out. He's present and relatable and really knows his stuff. He was super engaged and and his delivery was natural and organic. Definitely not a hard sell kind of guy which ultimately led to me spending more than I had intended to because there wasn't a sense of pressure that I get at other shops that makes me feel like I have to make my selection and keep the line moving. 10 out of 10. I hope to see Dan across the counter from me the next time I slide through.

I’ve been going to CBCB for many years, this place is the best! They always have the best products at good pricing, the friendliest staff and provide such a valuable community hub for events. I love that this is a small, woman owned, family business and that they go out of their way to provide care for those in need both through their product programs and giving out food to the community on holidays, etc. Truly a Bay Area gem if you haven’t checked it out yet you’re missing out!
