Chesapeake Vape

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. The owner is knowingly selling malfunctioning disposable vapes. On four different occasions I have mistakenly opened the packaging after I left only to discover the vape would not stop firing after I hit it. The woman that works there would reluctantly offer to replace them always with an attitude. the Woman behind the counter and myself opened AT LEAST 5 BRAND NEW VAPES IN THE STORE TOGETHER THAT MALFUNCTIONED AND WOULD NOT STOP FIRING.

The woman that works there saw the vapes WOULD NOT shut off, herself, and told me to “just blow back into it”. The last time I went in, today, with yet another vape brand new out of the package that wouldn’t shut off, she refused to sell me anymore because I’m “just someone who’s dissatisfied with everything” when clearly I just want a properly functioning product and not a vape that is going to CATCH ON FIRE in my pocket….This is a hazard, and refusing to replace/ knowingly selling faulty products makes them just as responsible as the people who made them. Furthermore, this woman was EXTREMELY disrespectful and was threatening when confronted with the issue. I live very close so maybe I’m the only one holding them accountable for this and that’s why she refused to sell me anymore. This business does not stand behind their products and is a shame to have on Kent Island
