Friendly customer service and have some good selections. Inventory is just really inconsistent and recently seems like staff might be pinching bc I made a re-purchase and the quality of the product was absolutely not the same as the original purchase. Same strain, same brand. Wasted $70 and they don't do refunds.

I love this smoke shop! I purchased a delta 8 product and it was very smooth. It tasted yummy too! The next time I came in I brought a vape and their water pipes are awesome! So many options! I met with Jay, the owner! He is a very nice guy! I always shop at Cloud9 in Lilburn/ Stone Mt Area! Their products are legit and I am never concerned about receiving a fake product when I shop here!
