Sold us a broken topper for our puffco peak pro and REFUSES to correct this. We asked simply for the glass they sold us already broken to be replaced, nevermind the $500 device that is now USELESS due to water damage, and they refused. We have spent EASILY over 5k in their store over the last 6 months, and they are happy to lose us as customers over an $80 piece of glass.
