Great shop. I had inquired about a favorite brand for a product; in which they do carry. Thus, they make an effort to keep that product in stock - which I greatly appreciate! As I do not like driving to my favorite spot out in Orange County for the product. Lol - I’m not down to make that drive! So I am glad I found this location and it’s so close to my house now. Very convenient and wonderfully kind employees. Most of their employees do know the products, and they are honest when they do know the answer. In which, they do follow up on so they provide the answer during my next visit to the shop. I don’t know why there would be a negative review for this shop. People are just bitter for probably not knowing enough about the product in the first place. They probably fell for a friends’ glorification of a product since it may benefit that person somehow or for a commercial advertisement so they are going off unrealistic expectations. Lmaaaoo… it’s not that hard to go on the internet and research the product before purchasing so you know are buying a good product and the best product that best suits your needs and preferences for such product. Anyway, thanks for the wonderful service!

Wish I could leave a lower rating tbh, the service here is worse than anything I've ever experienced in my entire life. The guy in the shop was reluctant to even get the product I needed and then proceeded to refuse to prove that the batteries work, claimed I can't return it if it doesn't work and treated me like I'm stupid. Which is wild because I'm clearly more capable of interacting with a human than that guy. All around joke. Waste of my time.
