I love this place. I got a couple of items and brook was so nice and helpful with every question I had. The items I got were so good and honestly it was the best experience I’ve had in a smoke shop.

This place has the worst manager ever. I went in and asked for CBD gummies and said I specifically don’t want anything with THC as I don’t like that feeling. The guy was very nice but he gave me a product that had THC in it. I did not know that until I took it and had a really bad reaction. Felt like I couldn’t see and had very bad anxiety. I called to tell them the story and the girl Melanie who answered was very nice but said her boss would not do anything about it but offer a $5 discount if I want to purchase another bottle?!?! I found that to be completely absurd. If a customer had a terrible experience taking a product from your store that did not contain the correct ingredients they asked for, then the least they could do is offer a refund or to trade in the gummies for CBD ones.

The manager must really not care about her customers and I find that to be sad. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Here’s a picture of the product. The manager should be ashamed.
