I do enjoy coming here and the staff is wonderful. The only issue I have is when I use my debit card. They charge a $2.75 fee which is fine. They add that to the total that you pay at the store. So if your total is $15 it should be $17.75, cool. However on top of that, they take out another $3 bucks after the transaction! That’s wild to me.

We bought two plants at the beginning of the season … both were male. We went back to replace them (at our own cost) and the second set we bought also turned out to be male. 4 out of 4 all male. Now we are having to call around town trying to find better plants with three months lost.
We also had an uncomfortable experience with customer service during our first visit as we were waiting for the plants to come out from being unloaded and stocked. They made it very clear they were not comfortable with us waiting in the waiting room so we left and came back another day. Three long drives for four male plants… a lot of wasted time.

ETA response:
There is absolutely no mixup and it’s a strange assumption to make that simply because you couldn’t find an order under this display name that I somehow must be confused. The first purchase is under my legal name and the second was under my husbands name (hence “we bought”). We have photos of all four plants. We would be more than happy to show all of them to you and will do so. I am not encouraged by your response however, especially in light of our customer service experience at your location.
