Great smoothie! I got a chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie with some boosts - so good and very filling! Will definitely go again and would recommend. It was about $10 for my smoothie.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Emerald City Smoothie that I feel compelled to share. My first visit was decent, and I enjoyed the smoothie I ordered, which led me to return for a second visit. However, this time the smoothie I received was extremely bitter and undrinkable. I contacted Emerald City Smoothie about this issue, and they assured me that I could come by to get my smoothie replaced. Trusting their word, I made the drive down to the store, expecting a resolution. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the so-called manager not only refused to replace my smoothie but also called me a liar. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I felt deceived and disrespected by the staff. I won't be returning to Emerald City Smoothie, and I caution others to be wary of their customer service practices.

This was a quick smoothie trip before I was off to volleyball camp for the day. It was a great stop, in and out super quickly. I went when it was relatively empty which I think helped with the swiftness. The cashier was super kind to recommend some drinks after I let him know it was my first time in - per his recommendation, I got the Peanut Passion with blueberry added and it was delightful. That smoothie powered me through 3 hours of hardcore volleyball games. Will definitely be stopping in again when I’m in the area!

Had to cancel and walk out. Over 30 minutes for 3 smoothies since the online order was made. Have to figure out how to get my $30 refund since the employees said I had to call in. ---- I regret to say that my recent experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory. Despite placing an online order for three smoothies, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes upon arrival. Remarkably, within just 5 minutes of my arrival, another customer received their order, leaving me next in line with no other patrons present. Despite reassurances from your staff that my order would be ready shortly, it became apparent that this was not the case. After 10 additional minutes of waiting, I even offered to modify my order to expedite the process, only to be told that such action was unnecessary as the employees were still "reviewing recipe menus." Regrettably, due to the excessive wait time and apparent lack of urgency displayed by your young staff members, I was compelled to cancel my order and leave. It was disconcerting to witness such inefficiency and apparent cluelessness in a business setting. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve your service and staff training to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

The picture of the banana Acai bowl looked delicious. We ordered two, to go. After paying we find out they're out of granola AND bananas! Kinda tough to make a banana bowl w/o bananas. Wish we were told ahead of time. After waiting 20+ minutes for two Acai bowls with no granola and no bananas we left WITH NOTHING. Maybe they can donate our $30 to charity!
