I bought the cream for my grandmother. I paid extra for express shipping and it arrived days late. The worst part is the product is an absolute fail and had a hair in it with no response from the company when I reached out with concerns. This company lacks morals not caring about their products OR their customers.

We have been ordering from FAB CBD for almost 2 years now. You can tell how high quality their products are. We recommend them to our friends and family and tell them how much a difference they make in our everyday lives.
We order products monthly. Our recent order unfortunately came opened with the top lids not being secured. Things happen but it’s all about how the business handles the situation. I immediately emailed the company because never in 2 years have we had a problem. The customer service team was so apologetic and sent out replacements right away! With their big sale going on I’m surprised how fast we got our replacements. Not to mention they added another product for the inconvenience. I can not say enough how satisfied with FAB we are!!! If I could give 100 stars for high quality products and customer service I would!! They definitely stand behind their products!
