Customer service in here sucks. I came in one evening a few weeks ago and the guy working was rude, not to mention there were a couple of guys directly outside the door smoking- I had to ask them to move aside so I could open the door.

I was in there less than 1 min before the employee said “ if you tell me what you’re looking for, I can help you find it” harmless, right? No…

I made it over to the gummy section and asked to see a particular brand and the guy says “oh, you don’t want me to hit the blunt”. I asked him to repeat himself because surely I misheard him, and he repeated verbatim. He then tells me that the guys outside the door are smoking and he wants to join but they’ll be done with the blunt by the time he finishes with me… sir…

I just walked out at that point. But to be honest all the smoke shops in this area lack good customer service. I place that blame on the owners for lack of training. Just because it’s a smoke shop doesn’t mean you have to be trashy. Try to be the Chick fil a of smoke shops.

The best vape shop in ATL hands down. The prices + sales are amazing ! Zay has wonderful customer service. He certainly knows how to keep customers coming back.
P.s HIDDEN HILLS laberrry zittles is the best THC vape I have ever had ! HIGHly recommend this. Pun intended . Only $35 and has 2 grams. Love you guys ! ❤️❤️❤️
