Your at counter listening to this poor kid try to make money for college books. So it takes like 20 minutes to make a purchase. It not your typical in and out kind of place.

They just fired the best manager in the world, my good friend Bert. He was the most knowledgeable guy I’ve personally ever met and I am ashamed by the establishment and Bert’s higher ups because of these actions taken by this utterly poor and disgraceful establishment.
